I went to wake my daughter up
By touching her
She got up
With sleepy eyes
And screamed violently
'Don't touch me.!’
My outstretched arms
To hug her
Slowly withdrew back themselves
Opening the eyes
And touching her face to the stomach
She hiccuped

The Language of the world
Till date
Has died any way
And worldly descriptions
And terminologies
Bounced off
Not through fight
Not by theory
But by an insect after all
What an irony it is to see that
Corona also lining up in the list of world modified leaders
Such as
Buddha, Basava,
Marx and Baba Saheb
The World
Now is conceived
With new language
And new definitions
3
Govind Bhatta
And
Shareef
Are not singing the songs of principle now
No principles
No songs any more
Without Shankari (Arrack)
4
Upon the competition of lock down
Let’s keep everything open
And let the temples, mosques and churches
Be forgotten
5
The world of village
Was destroyed
And the village of world
Was born
The Untouchable World
Where none
Touches the other
Was born
The body cannot be touched
At least
Let's touch
The minds
And become human beings
6
Washed
The hands
Again and again
Till they became fragile
The smell of soap
On the palms
Became permanent
And it even followed the lunch too
A baby died
Without food
And a boy of
My daughter’s age
Walked on and on
And died
On his way to the town
The memory of
My relatives
Who got sprayed with DDT on their body
And the smell of soap
The smell of rice,
And the smell of hand
All, all start
Smelling filthy
7
In the
Post Corona world
Temples, Mosques, and Churches
Shut up
By themselves
When the devotees
Don’t turn up
What the agents will do?
Hospitals
Will rise up
In their places

Nature
Has found
Another small insect
To destroy the
Destructible insect
Insects
Die
But nature
Remains eternal!
